Female weather presenter Liberte Chan was doing her job on live TV on Los Angeles based TV station KTLA when she was awkwardly handed a cardigan and told to put it on to cover herself up. She was wearing a black dress at the time- you would think she would be rocking a bikini with 6-inch stripper heels.
It’s some torturous viewing as the weather presenter is ordered to wear the cardigan. As she asks “What’s going on?”, to which the male news anchor Chris Burrous replies a vague: “We’re getting emails”.
