This is probably one of the ‘most rock and roll’ things ever.

During a concert in Sweden overnight Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl took a tumble off stage breaking his leg, yet ducked out to hospital for just an hour then came back with a cast on his leg and finished the set!

Initially Grohl went on with the show after the fall, before saying.

“I think I just broke my leg,”

Before the crowd could voice disappointment, Grohl went on to say, “I’m going to go to the hospital, I’m going to fix my leg, but then I’m coming back and we’re going to play for you again.”

The former Nirvana drummer alternated between performing on crutches or in a chair when he returned, but either way it’s a legendary effort, but one that shouldn’t be surprising if you know anything about Grohl.

In an age where a lot of performers are spoilt rotten and won’t get on stage unless they have a three page list of backstage requirements met it is good to know that there are still musicians that just want to do a great show for their fans.
