
BREAKING: Greece Hit By Magnitude 6.7 Earthquake
A 6.7 magnitude earthquake has struck off the coast of Greece, believed to have hit southwest of Ioannina around 6:10pm Melbourne time.
The quake has been reported by the US Geological Service with a depth approximately 10 km’s below the earth’s surface. There has been some conflicting reports on the size based on where it was measured, with a second reading gave a magnitude of 6.8 and a depth of just 5 km and others recording 6.4.
According to emsc the earthquake was felt as far as Montenegro, Sicilia, Athens and Crete.

Google has update the search for ‘Greece Earthquake‘ with warnings for those in the area. According to RT, no casualties or damage have so far been reported however the U.S. Geological Survey activated a ‘Yellow Pager’, indicating structural damage and loss of life is possible.
