BREAKING: Oscar Pistorius Verdict Changed To Murder

After a lot of backflipping on breaking news, it can now be confirmed that the prosecutors were successful in their bid to charge Oscar Pistorius with murder.

Mere minutes ago, the presiding Judge Leach of the appeal court in South Africa over ruled the previous conviction.

Judge Leach stated:

I have no doubt … the accused must have foreseen and therefore did foresee that whoever was behind that door might die.

The identity of his victim is irrelevant to his guilt.

It has been deemed that there will not be a retrial, as the case has been dragged on for too long since Pistorius was convicted.

We can finally put this case to bed, though it is not clear when Oscar Pistorius will be returning to prison or when.
